An automotive customer approached us with a challenging development request for a pair of left-hand and right-hand trunk trim components. Unlike standard OEM projects, no 2D drawings or 3D files were available.
We cooperated with a well-known consumer electronics brand to provide one-stop services including mold development, injection molding and post-processing for its handheld mini fan housing. The product is mainly used for portable handheld fans, which requires light weight, beautiful appearance, impact resistance and precise assembly with internal components (motor, battery, switch).
