Frequently Asked Questions

Do you have IATF 16949 certification?

We are ISO9001:2015 certified and our processes are IATF 16949 compliant. We can provide PPAP level 3 documentation including dimensional reports, material certifications, control plans, and FMEAs as required by automotive customers.

What automotive materials do you offer for flame retardant (UL94 V-0) or high-heat applications?

We offer UL94 V-0 rated PC/ABS, PA66, and PBT. For under-hood high-heat applications, we recommend PA66 GF30, PEEK, or PEI (Ultem) with heat deflection temperatures up to 260°C.

Can you produce Class A surface finish for automotive interior parts?

Yes. We achieve SPI A2 and A3 diamond-polished finishes for dashboard trim, door panels, and decorative parts. Texture finishes (VDI 3400) are also available.

What is your typical lead time for automotive injection molds and sample parts?

Production steel molds: 4–6 weeks. Sample parts: 10–15 days after tool approval. Rapid aluminum molds for prototypes: 2–3 weeks.

Do you provide PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) documentation?

Yes. We can provide PPAP level 3 including dimensional reports, material certifications, control plans, and FMEAs as required by automotive customers.

What is the maximum part size you can produce for automotive applications?

Maximum part size is 1200×1200×800mm. We have injection molding machines with clamping force up to 1600T to handle large automotive components.
